Thank you so much for visiting my site!
I am a full-time working momma, wife, professionally trained chef and 9-5 businesswoman! Between working full time, having a baby and a husband, and trying to put home cooked meals on the table every night, I tend to stay a little busy…this website is my attempt to organize my sometimes (very) disorganized thoughts and put them down on ‘paper’.
So often when I cook I get, ‘this is delicious, what did you do?!’ And I stand there like, well, I poured in a little of this, and some of that, and then it didn’t look right, so I added a shake of something else…in other words, I am horrible at saving my recipes! I hope by writing them down, snapping pictures and saving it out here on the interwebs perhaps not only will I be able to remember my own recipes, but maybe, just maybe, they’ll help someone else too! 🙂
